I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.

Johan did more than just install three motion-sensor floodlights: -he drew my attention to the fact that he had brought two white fixtures (all that were in stock at his business place) to install on the Florida room, but had brought a black one to install at the garage, in case I wanted all three to be installed at the same time. I decided that I would like for all of the floodlights to be white, so he scheduled another date to install a white one on the garage. If he had just installed the black one, without drawing my attention to it, I would not have discovered it until after it was installed, which would have aggravated me, and make me feel like TE Certified was not looking out for my best interests. -he found that the previously-installed floodlights on the Florida room had not been installed according to electrical code, and supplied the necessary bases to meet code. -he repositioned one floodlight from its previously-installed location, which did not give 360 degree vision to the motion sensor because of a rain downspout. I really appreciate his pro-active actions to maximize the quality of the installation!

Came out to the residence to inspect for a high water bill, could not find any active leaks or running fixtures that would cause a large bill. We did preventative measures on both toilets with minor rebuilds. We also replaced the 2010 water heater with a new 50 gallon gas water heater with code upgrades. Also installed a new whole house shut off in the basement

Came out to complete quoted job for chemically cleaning main floor and 2nd floor condensers (left and middle units in backyard). As a courtesy still chemically washed basement condenser, just did not take it apart due to it being washed last maintenance visit earlier this year. Verified normal operations after. Changed out three stops underneath the kitchen sink from underneath the crawlspace
Replaced 2 angle stops under hallway bathroom sink 1st floor
For this job, it was acquired of me to rehab crawlspace that had cast pipe, galvanized pipe, and copper piping and CPVC . All defective and against code piping was removed and replaced with PEX-A piping and new copper in certain locations. all work was tested for leaks and no leaks were found. All work documented with photos. Current water pressure after replacing PRV is 50 psi. after the halo was installed, the purge was conducted however, have the test in water I would recommend waiting a couple of days to retest.
Rebuild shower valve, seal tile to tub along valve wall
Tested system not cooling for the house and found the line was leaking behind the wall. Today we removed a portion of the wall on the exterior of the home in order to access the line set that was leaking. Found that the line was leaking due to a kink in the line. Today we repaired this leak and charge the system up fully with refrigerant tested system after repair no failures at this time.
Troubleshoot and repair no power to bedroom
Proper ventilation for two HVAC systems, two Water Heaters, and a bathroom venting system.
Replaced kitchen sink p trap with new tubular p trap. Cut out and replaced PRV and main water shut off valve inside garage. Cut and capped old copper main line. Tested work thoroughly no apparently leaks present.
Upstairs toilet is not filling or flushing. I discovered that the water to the toilet was turned off. I turned on the water and flushed the toilet multiple times to test.
