Mister Nathan, is a very kind and delightful techniciain. He is very knowledgeable in his area. He demonstrated that he knows the electrical system. He worked diligently, cleaned up all of the debris and made great suggestions to the customer as where the cameras maybe installed. He was gentle and patient with the customer. Called out for backed up washer, ran cable throughout to clear blockage of dog hair and lent, blockage cleared tested with water and is flowing.
Replaced bursted angle stop on outdoor kitchen, and insulated exposed water lines with 10 mil insulation tape.
Replaced toilet on main floor half bathroom. Water Pressure to home is 76 so we recommend replacing the Prv because constant high pressure on the toilet parts can lead to them failing sooner.
Performed routine maintenance inspection on 10 y/o Trane furnace matched with 23 y/o Trane AC that operates for upper level and 10 y/o Trane furnace matched with 21 y/o Trane AC that operates for main level. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Cleared drain lines. Condensate pump operational. Inducer motor for upper level is bad. No water protection for either system. Blower wheel cleaning needed for both systems. Drain line repairs needed. Vinyl tubing for main level is incorrect. Flue venting for main level is single wall and incorrect. Ductwork is inconsistent and damaged for both systems. Evaporator coils are rusted. Pressure levels were low indicating refrigerant loss. R22 based systems. Condenser electrical components are bad. Main level AC breaker is not properly sized. Informed customer of all findings.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 12 y/o Goodman furnace that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not heating due to bad ignitor. Replaced ignitor. Tested heating. Noticed that flue venting is incorrect, single wall and tape is used to secure. Informed customer of the danger of current flue venting. No water protection present. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Ductwork is inconsistent. Overall efficiency of system is declining. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Our client reached out to us in reference to have any high water bill and water running down the street. Our client had a broken pvc dresser coupling from a previous repair, possibly from the irrigation guys. The defective piping was replaced test leaks, and no leaks were found. All faucets were purged air and debris. Our client water pressure is at 65 psi. A toilet fill valve was replaced because of debris. Our client is very satisfied.
