Integrity?

I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.

Arrived on site for a no heat. We found a 2006 trane furnace controlled by an ecobee. Upon arrival the thermostat was completely off and unresponsive. We crawled through the crawlspace and discovered some low voltage wires at the control board weren’t making good contact so I reseated them tightly and conducted a thorough safety and performance inspection of then equipment. We found some major concerns that we documented thoroughly. I discovered 4 different breaches at the heat exchanger, compromising the safety of the furnace. We discovered the blower wheel was heavily impacted with dust, dirt and debris. The blower motor was leaking a lot of oil and the bearings were failing. The igniter was out of tolerance and the system had no secondary drain pan. We quoted all recommended repairs but offered to have a comfort consultation next Saturday to have all the numbers/options in front of us before making that sizable of an investment into equiptment well beyond its life expectancy. The fu

Came today because system was not working properly. Thermostat had no power when testing system found that faulty transformer burnt. The circuit bore shutting down the system. Completely furnace is over 30 years old and AC and coil is from 2024. After finding issues, let customer know about it represented options. Also gave the option of upgrading furnace to avoid any other further problems. Customer decided to move forward with repairs. Customer understand that furnace is pretty old and it could be other issues in the future. Customer also has the gas company coming on Monday to get the gas running. However, I test the system in cooling and tested inducer motor for heat to make sure it was working properly for when the gas is up and running. Thank you for choosing TE certified! Feel free to leave a review if you were happy with today’s service.

Tech noticed furnace flue pipe for main level system wasn’t in hvac industry code! Tech noticed lots of rust and corrosion at furnace heat exchanger. This leads to cracks and carbon monoxide poisoning that can enter the home or can cause a fire hazard at anytime in the home. Customer wants to schedule for a CA tomorrow morning to come out and quote for a full system replacement for main level and possibly upstairs level systems. Thanks for choosing TE Certified if you liked your technician service today don’t hesitate to leave a 5 star review!

Upon arrival customer stated that system was not working correctly and was shutting on and off. Stated that system was doing this same thing last year she had it fixed and now this year it started doing g the same thing. After inspection of system found that unit has a failing gas valve. Along with gas valve control board was dropping voltage. Blower wheel is very impacted, blower motor capacitor is bad, system has gas flex line entering the cabinet. Gas furnace is 32 years old, ac and coil is 8 years old. Gave customer estimates for repairs, advised customer that these repair options are band aid for system and inducer draft motor and heat exchanger can still fail at anytime due to the condition of the furnace and age. Repairs recommendations were new gas valve, control board, blower wheel, blower motor and blower motor capacitor. Customer declined recommendations at this time. Recommended speaking with our install supervisor about updating aged equipment, customer does want to receiv

Tech arrived to problem call for upstairs system. Upstairs system is approximately 25 years old and services upstairs. Downstairs unit was only looked at to verify it was operational out of request for homeowner. Inspected indoor unit. Gas furnace was on, verifying thermostat. Furnace burners were on but no fan movement. Pulled fan cover and found motor extremely hot to the touch. Motor is seized, capacitor has failed as well. Spoke to distributors concerning fan motor, and motor is not being made and obsolete. Manufacture offers no replacement other than going elsewhere with a universal motor. Checked standing pressures for system and found system to be low on standing pressures. It is highly recommended that entire upstairs system be considered for replacement. Customer agreed to have install supervisor out today to discuss replacement options. Turned unit off at power switch. Made notice of flood protection and operations. System is NOT operational at techs departure. Thank you f
