Johan did more than just install three motion-sensor floodlights: -he drew my attention to the fact that he had brought two white fixtures (all that were in stock at his business place) to install on the Florida room, but had brought a black one to install at the garage, in case I wanted all three to be installed at the same time. I decided that I would like for all of the floodlights to be white, so he scheduled another date to install a white one on the garage. If he had just installed the black one, without drawing my attention to it, I would not have discovered it until after it was installed, which would have aggravated me, and make me feel like TE Certified was not looking out for my best interests. -he found that the previously-installed floodlights on the Florida room had not been installed according to electrical code, and supplied the necessary bases to meet code. -he repositioned one floodlight from its previously-installed location, which did not give 360 degree vision to the motion sensor because of a rain downspout. I really appreciate his pro-active actions to maximize the quality of the installation!

As always, excellent service. Harun showed up early and quickly diagnosed what he believed to be the problem, a leaky supply line in my first floor ceiling. He gave me a quote and went to work cutting through the sheet rock. The problem was exactly what he had thought. Harun repaired the leak quickly afterwards. Harun was careful to make sure our floors and furniture were covered before cutting the sheet rock, saving us a lot of work afterwards.

I want to recognize Pedro and his assistant Ma (I believe Ma is in training). They installed a new 80-gallon hybrid water heater, replaced four toilet pumps, and even fixed a leaking sink they noticed—without me even pointing it out. It was a two-day job for the three of them, and they worked incredibly hard. I especially appreciate that Pedro and Ma stayed until 10 PM to finish the job the right way, without cutting corners, even though they could have rushed and gone home to their families.

I had the pleasure of working with Wayne, the electrician. He installed seven ceiling fans, a couple of security units, and added some outlets in my garage. Replace faulty outlet and needed electrical safety projects
Our client reached out to us reference to having a shower valve replaced that was constantly leaking and wanted to update the space. Drywall was cuts and the old was removed. The new valve was installed and tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Our client loves a new set up and really appreciate the service.

Troubleshooting Hurricane Machine
Upon arrival customer stated that downstairs system was not cooling properly during the hot time. After inspection of system 9 year old gas furnace and ac and coil found that system was low on r410a refrigerant. Outdoor condenser coils were very dirty, outdoor capacitor was bad, contactor tested good. Checked indoor system, blower wheel was dirty, blower capacitor tested good, there was no flood protection in drain pan on either system in attic. Inside system was clean. Recommended leak search, adding 2 lbs r 410 a refrigerant, adding wet switch to both drain pans in attic, blower wheel cleaning for downstairs system, cleaning outdoor condenser coils, advanced Uv light protection for downstairs system. Customer approved to have leak search, refrigerant added, both wet switches for units in attic, and condenser coils cleaned today. Made all repairs for system and system is back up and cooling. Advised customer could not find a leak anywhere on equipment. Tightened shredder cores at outd

Upon arrival contractor told me that they were doing construction on the house due to tree falling through home, house is vacant at this time and it’s a rental property. After inspection of 1 year old system found that when contractors were doing work the accidentally knocked over the condensation pump and unit was sensing that float switch was activated. Turned pump back up the correct way and everything with system came on. Condensation pump was unplugged, plugged back up and tested and everything draining properly with no issues at this time. All parts on new equipment tested good. Homeowner will change (16x25x1) system filter. Everything cooling properly at this time.
